Today , training 3 to 6 training was fun but alot of fitness after the formation part .
did double skipping 100 times ! then backlift 10 time 2 sets .
then i cannot believe i playing setter !
but not fun lah , only when i at the back then can set then cannot jump and fang ):
then after training , when to 7eleven to get a club sandwich i ate one then the other i cannot eat then i give aaron . he wear the specs like issac twin , then when home felt hungry then at night when for supper .
I don't think im hot :D
